1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "poki", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the poki platform, its operators, and associated service entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Platform" means the poki website accessible at https://poki.vu, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, account services, and payment facilities available thereon.
• "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who has completed the poki registration process and holds an active, verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, through which the Member accesses poki services, manages their wallet, and participates in games and betting.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal poki account balance held on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), from which wagers are placed and into which winnings and deposits are credited.
• "Services" means all products and features offered by poki including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, customer support, and payment processing.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, matched deposit bonus, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Member using a supported payment method that have cleared and are available for wagering without wagering conditions attached.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, from which date this version of the Terms & Conditions is operative.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the poki Platform, logging into an existing Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between you and poki in respect of your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, undertakings, agreements, or arrangements of any nature relating to the subject matter hereof. No oral or written statement made outside of this document shall modify these Terms unless executed as a formal written amendment by poki.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform, close your Account, and withdraw any remaining Real Money Funds balance. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 13.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The poki Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration. Registration by, or use of the Platform by, any individual under the age of 18 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance, including Real Money Funds, pending regulatory and legal obligations.

3.2 Personal Use

poki accounts may only be opened and operated for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, operation on behalf of a third party, or use in connection with any business activity is strictly prohibited. Each natural person is entitled to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time.

3.3 Geographical Access

poki is designed and operated primarily for the Bangladesh market. Members are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. poki makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Members accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.

3.4 Mental Capacity

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of sound mind, are not acting under compulsion, and fully understand the nature of online gambling including the risk of financial loss. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from poki or any other gaming platform, or who are subject to a self-exclusion order, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Information

To open a poki Account, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and a valid National ID or equivalent identity document. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

poki operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time poki deems appropriate, you may be required to submit supporting documents including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and a photograph for biometric verification. poki reserves the right to suspend withdrawal facilities until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one poki Account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, poki reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void any outstanding bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. poki will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and poki shall have no liability for resulting losses unless there is evidence of a security breach caused by poki's own negligence.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

poki currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh-based Members: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed within the Account payment section at all times.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and membership tier. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account. poki reserves the right to amend transaction limits with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required, where a withdrawal is subject to a pending bonus wagering requirement, or where poki's compliance team requires further review. poki will communicate any delays to the Member promptly via the registered contact details.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the poki Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). poki does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees arising from the use of international payment instruments (such as Visa or Mastercard issued outside Bangladesh) are the sole responsibility of the Member.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with responsible financial practice, poki requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. poki reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers its internal AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review criteria. Winnings derived from fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise improper activity will be forfeited in full.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms

poki offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following baseline conditions apply to all bonuses credited to a poki Account:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games explicitly listed as eligible in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• Different game types contribute at different rates to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%), and sports betting markets contribute as stated per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time, unless poki explicitly permits stacking in the promotion terms.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

The poki welcome bonus, where available, is open to new Members making their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, match percentage, maximum bonus amount, and minimum qualifying deposit are published on the relevant promotion page. The welcome bonus may not be claimed more than once per Member, household, IP address, or payment method.

6.3 Abuse of Bonuses

poki actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between Members. Where bonus abuse is identified, poki reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, close the Member's Account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

7. Game Rules & Sports Betting

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on the poki Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by studio operators. poki does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by poki's Sports Betting Rules. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding. poki reserves the right to void bets affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or suspicious market activity.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or platform malfunction, poki reserves the right to void affected game rounds or bets. A malfunction includes, without limitation, software errors, network interruptions, data corruption, and display errors. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Members will be notified of any voided rounds and affected Real Money Funds will be restored to the Wallet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the poki Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant legal authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 18.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with games, betting markets, or any Platform feature.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not arise under normal play conditions.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Engaging in chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or any other payment reversal mechanism in bad faith.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at poki staff or other Members.
• Any attempt to circumvent poki's security, authentication, or fraud prevention systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the poki Platform — including but not limited to the poki brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of poki or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Members to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of poki.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

poki collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the poki Privacy Policy.

poki will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or necessary to deliver the Services.

11. Responsible Gaming

poki is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all Members at no charge and can be activated from the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a pre-set duration of continuous play, prompting you to review your activity and take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your Account cannot be used to place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, poki will take reasonable steps to ensure that no marketing communications are sent to you and that you cannot open a new Account.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, poki's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

poki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if poki has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

poki makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors or defects, or that any particular outcome will be achieved through use of the Services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Amendments to These Terms

poki reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, poki will notify Members by posting a notice on the Platform homepage or by sending a notification to the registered email address or mobile number associated with the Member's Account. The amended Terms will be published with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any Real Money Funds balance in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal policy.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the poki Platform. In the event of any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

Members wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact poki support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. poki aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, poki will advise on available escalation options.
